Single Family Detached Unit definition

Single Family Detached Unit means an individual residential dwelling unit that does not share a common wall with another residential dwelling unit.
Single Family Detached Unit means a Dwelling Unit on an individual lot including detached houses on lots less than 50 feet wide, such as zero lot line homes.
Single Family Detached Unit means a Unit which is not a Multi-family Attached Unit or a Senior Citizen Unit.
