TIME OF CONTRACT. This Contract shall commence on , and shall terminate on . Certificate(s) of Insurance must be current on day Contract commences and if scheduled to lapse prior to termination date, must be automatically updated before final payment may be made to Contractor. The final invoice must be submitted within 30 days of completion of the stated scope of services.
TIME OF CONTRACT. Time allowed for carrying out the work as entered in the N,I,T shall be strictly observed by the contractor and shall be reckoned from the date of work order to commence the work after taking in to account the prescribed 15/30 days of prepatory period
TIME OF CONTRACT. Notwithstanding any quotations or preliminary undertakings made by Flotek, no contract exists between Flotek and the Customer until such time as Flotek accepts the Customer’s order in writing.
TIME OF CONTRACT. The exact Contract commencement date and expiration date shall be set forth in the negotiated contract. The contract is effective on the later of the Effective date or the date upon the signatures of the Franklin County Health Commissioner. This Contract will remain in effect until the end date as noted on the Contract or until the Contract is fully performed by both parties or until it terminates in accordance with the termination language of the Contract.
TIME OF CONTRACT. Contract shall be effective when it is signed by both parties and shall terminate on May 30, 2016. This Contract is renewable for one additional one-year period contingent upon an annual review based on continuing financial support from the Funding Source listed in Section C, Evaluation Criteria listed in Section E, and agreement by both parties. Internal deadlines will be clarified under the Scope of Services section within this Contract. Only work completed in accordance with the effective dates of the Contract shall be compensated. Maximum term for this agreement is June 30, 2017.
TIME OF CONTRACT. Term of Agreement shall be for a twelve (12) month period from the effective date of this fully executed Contract, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. Upon mutual agreement, this annual project may be extended for additional twelve‐month periods at the original bid price. Such extensions shall be at the same terms and conditions and shall be in the form of a written Amendment to the Contract executed by both parties. Individual work assignments for specific pay items and a Notice to Proceed will be provided for a defined duration based on the magnitude of the disaster. The Contractor shall be required to mobilize the required personnel and equipment to the City of Pascagoula within forty‐eight (48) hours of landfall of a hurricane or other declared disaster, or the Contractor will forfeit the Performance and Payment Bond and the City will designate an Alternate Contractor as the Primary Contractor.
TIME OF CONTRACT. The remembrance program will begin on the 7th birthday of the listed direct living descendent and continue until and including the descendants 12th birthday. The continuation of the remembrance program for the next generation of the listed descendent will begin on the 7th birthday of the next descendent and continue until and including the descendants 12th birthday.
