Sifnos Ship definition

Sifnos Ship means the 3,800 dwt (approximately) double-hull oil product tanker currently known as Hull No. DN-3500-14, to be constructed and sold by the Builder to the Sifnos Borrower pursuant to the Sifnos Contract and to be registered on the Delivery Date for such Ship in the ownership of the Sifnos Borrower through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State;

Sifnos Ship means the 3,800 dwt (approximately) double-hull oil product tanker known as Hull No. DN-3800-14 on the date of this Agreement, to be constructed and sold by the Builder to the Sifnos Singapore Borrower pursuant to the Sifnos Contract and to be registered on the Delivery Date for such Ship in the ownership of the Sifnos Singapore Borrower and further transferred the Sifnos Singapore Borrower to the Sifnos Borrower and registered in the ownership of the Sifnos Borrower through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State with the name Anafi;

Related to Sifnos Ship

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • New ship means a ship:

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • cargo ship means any ship which is not a passenger ship;

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • passenger ship means a ship which carries more than 12 passengers;

  • Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to each Ship, Allseas Marine S.A. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and maintaining a ship management office at Voula Center, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 000-000, 000 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx or any other company which the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time as the technical and/or commercial manager of a Ship;

  • New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.

  • Charter contract means a fixed term, renewable contract between a charter school and an authorizer that outlines the roles, powers, responsibilities, and performance expectations for each party to the contract.

  • Documented vessel means a vessel documented under chapter 121, title 46, United States Code or a vessel for which an application for such docu- mentation is pending.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.

  • CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;

  • The Vessel means the vessel named in Box 5 and with particulars as stated in Boxes 6 to 12.

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • MOA means the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;

  • Ship Mortgage shall have the meaning set forth for such term in the Intercreditor Agreement. Notice of Assignment ASSIGNMENT OF INSURANCE BY INTERNAL CHARTERERS Vantage Driller I Co. NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT To Whom It May Concern: Vantage Driller IV Co., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Assignor”), HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that by an Assignment, dated October 25, 2012, and made by the Assignor to Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association (the “Assignee”), as Pari Passu Collateral Agent (as defined under the Intercreditor Agreement defined below), the Assignor assigned to the Assignee all of the Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to all insurances and the benefit of all insurances heretofore, now or hereafter taken out in respect of the Panamanian flag vessel TOPAZ DRILLER and all proceeds thereof. This Notice and the attached Loss Payable Clauses are to be endorsed on all policies and certificates of entry evidencing such insurances.

  • Charter Assignment means a specific assignment of each Extended Employment Contract required to be executed hereunder by any Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee (including any notices and/or acknowledgements and/or undertakings associated therewith) in such form as the Agent and the Majority Lenders may require in their sole discretion;

  • existing vessel means a vessel which is not a new vessel;

  • Approved Flag means the Xxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Liberian flag and such other flag as the Agent may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve as the flag on which a Ship shall be registered;
