Show Homes definition

Show Homes means buildings or structures used for a limited period of time for the purpose of marketing residential land or buildings, Residential Sales Centres as defined under the City of Edmonton Zoning Bylaw No. 12800, which buildings or structures are not under any circumstances to be used for dwellings or residences.
Show Homes means four dwellings on the CD-1 Lands that may be constructed on the CD-1 Lands for the purposes of display and a sales office and more particularly described in Section 2.3;

  • stacked townhouse means a building, other than a townhouse or apartment building, containing at least 3 dwelling units, each dwelling unit being separated from the other vertically and/or horizontally, and each dwelling unit having an entrance to grade shared with no more than 3 other units;

  • Outer burial container means any container which is designed for placement in the ground around a casket or an urn including but not limited to containers commonly known as burial vaults, urn vaults, grave boxes, grave liners, and lawn crypts.

  • Construction in Progress means each Property that is either (a) new ground up construction or (b) under renovation in which (i) greater than thirty percent (30%) of the square footage of such Property is unavailable for occupancy due to renovation and (ii) no rents are being paid on such square footage. A Property will cease to be classified as “Construction in Progress” on the earlier to occur of (A) the time that such Property has an Occupancy Rate of greater than eighty percent (80%), or (B) one hundred eighty (180) days after completion of construction or renovation of such Property, as applicable.

  • Hospital/Nursing Home : means any institution established for in- patient care and day care treatment of sickness and / or injuries and which has been registered as a Hospital with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under the supervision of a registered and qualified Medical Practitioner OR must comply with all minimum criteria as under:
