Short-Notice Free Speech Activity definition

Short-Notice Free Speech Activity means a free speech activity that arises out of, or is related to events or other public issued activities which cannot be reasonably anticipated far enough in advance of the occurrence to reasonably allow compliance with the requirements for an advanced planned free speech activity.
