  • Any notice, approval, waiver, agreement, instrument, document or communication permitted, required or contemplated in this Agreement may be given or delivered and accepted or received by the Shopping Centre Parties' Solicitors on behalf of the Shopping Centre Parties and by the Tenant's Solicitors on behalf of the Tenant and any tender of Closing Documents and the Surrender Payment may be made upon the Tenant's Solicitors and the Shopping Centre Parties' Solicitors, as the case may be.
