Shareholders Documents definition

Shareholders Documents means the Shareholders Agreement, the Support Agreement, the Interim Investors Agreement, the Shareholder Guarantees, the Shareholder Limited Guarantees and the Equity Commitment Letters.
Shareholders Documents means this Agreement, the Shareholder Loan Documents, Umbrella Services Agreement, the Services Agreements, the Acquisition Documents and any other document or agreement (including Constitutional Documents) providing for the payment of any amount by any member of the Borrower Group to a Shareholder (or any of its Affiliates, other than members of the Borrower Group).
Shareholders Documents means the documents of Shareholders described in Section 3.1(b) hereof.

  • The amendments to be made to the Grandfather Shareholders Documents in accordance with Section 4.02(4)(a) shall include those described in Schedule 4.06 attached.
