Shareholder Release definition

Shareholder Release. As defined in Section 6.3(c) hereof.

Shareholder Release means the release attached hereto as Exhibit G.

Shareholder Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(e).

Examples of Shareholder Release in a sentence

• As noted above, Defendants have filed a second motion requesting that the Court consider the Requested Renren Shareholder Release.

• Defendants will be bound by this Stipulation and required to pay the Settlement Amount regardless of whether the Court grants Defendants’ request for the Requested Renren Shareholder Release.

• If Defendants choose to do so, Defendants must raise the Requested Renren Shareholder Release with and seek approval from the Court no later than twenty (20) Business Days prior to the Settlement Hearing Date.
