Share Buyout definition

Share Buyout means the acquisition by SRH of [1,968,870]1 Shares held by certain minority Shareholders listed on Schedule IV hereto and [457,205] Shares held by employees of the Company listed on Schedule V hereto pursuant to the terms of the Share Buyout Documents.
