Share Repurchase definition

Share Repurchase means the purchase, repurchase, redemption or other acquisition by the Company from any Person of any capital stock or other equity interest of the Company.
Share Repurchase means the repurchase of Vantiv’s common Equity Interests.
Share Repurchase means the purchase, repurchase, redemption or other acquisition by Borrower from any Person of any capital stock or other equity interest of Borrower.

  • If the Company requires the mandatory repurchase of any Shares, such repurchase will not be subject to the repurchase limits under the Share Repurchase Plan, including any repurchase limitations set forth therein, unless otherwise determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion.
