Examples of SFOA in a sentence

  • If you are or become a carrier or carriage service provider, you must promptly notify us of that fact and we may immediately terminate this SFOA by notice to you.

  • If there is any inconsistency between this SFOA and the terms of the special promotion, the latter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • The failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this SFOA in a timely manner does not constitute acceptance of the matter which gave rise to the right or remedy, nor that party's waiver of such right or remedy.

  • If a provision of this SFOA is void or voidable or unenforceable or the invalid part severed, the remainder of this SFOA will not be affected.

  • If the Application represents a fixed term agreement, you may also terminate the Service in accordance with clause 2 which sets out the circumstances which give you the right to terminate the Service if we change the SFOA.

  • If Data & Internet Services cannot be provided at your new address, we may terminate this SFOA by notice to you.

  • If NBN Services cannot be provided at your new address, we may terminate this SFOA by notice to you.

  • The covenants, conditions, provisions and warranties contained in this SFOA shall not merge or terminate upon completion of the transactions contemplated herein but to the extent that they have not been fulfilled and satisfied or are capable of having effect shall remain in full force and effect.

  • If the Agreement is a non-fixed length agreement we will provide the service to you in accordance with the Agreement until the Service is cancelled in accordance with this SFOA.

  • If you do not, then we may take any steps reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with clause 3.5 or suspend or disconnect the Service pursuant to this SFOA.

  • Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers.
