Vulnerable Person definition

Vulnerable Person means any person who by reason of age, infirmity, illness, disability or any other circumstance is in need of care or attention, and includes any person under the age of eighteen; and

  • A Complaint Form may be submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of a Vulnerable Person.

  • Where a Vulnerable Person exercises his/her right to have an adult adviser present in accordance with this Schedule, a reasonable opportunity for consultation between the minor and the adviser shall be provided by the Tribunal.
