Series Required Reserve definition

Series Required Reserve means, (a) for the Initial Bonds, an amount equal to [$ ], (b) for any Series of Additional Bonds, an amount, determined at the time of issuance of such Additional Bonds, not to exceed the least of (1) 10% of the original principal amount of such Additional Bonds, (2) 125% of the average annual debt service payment on such Additional Bonds, (3) 100% of the maximum annual debt service payable on such Additional Bonds, or (4) an amount which, when added to the existing Series Required Reserves for Outstanding Bonds, will not cause the total Required Reserve to exceed maximum annual debt service payable on the Outstanding Bonds and the Additional Bonds; provided the Series Required Reserve for any Series of Additional Bonds may be revised to a lesser amount in accordance with requirements of Regulations specifying the maximum amount in a reserve fund permitted to be invested without regard to investment yield.
Series Required Reserve means an amount equal to one-half of maximum annual debt service on the Series 2021 Bonds.
Series Required Reserve means, for the Bonds, $711,535.00, and, for any series of Additional Student Fee Secured Bonds, an amount, determined at the time of issuance of such Additional Bonds, equal to 50 percent of the maximum Annual Debt Service payable on such Additional Student Fee Secured Bonds; provided, however, that the Series Required Reserve shall not exceed the lesser of (1) 10 percent of the original principal amount of such Additional Bonds and (2) 125 percent of the average annual debt service payment on such Additional Bonds, or such other amount permitted by changes in federal tax law.

Examples of Series Required Reserve in a sentence

  • Third, on each Interest Payment Date, the Authority shall transfer to the Trustee for deposit into each Reserve Account the amount necessary to increase the amount therein to the Series Required Reserve.

  • If an amount equal to the Series Required Reserve as of the date following the expiration of the letter of credit is not on deposit in the Reserve Account one week prior to the expiration date of the letter of credit (excluding from such determination the letter of credit), the Trustee shall draw on the letter of credit to fund the deficiency resulting therefrom in the Reserve Account.

  • The Trustee shall initially deposit in the Reserve Fund an amount equal to the Series Required Reserve on the Bonds from the proceeds of the Bonds.

  • Required Reserve means, on any day during a Calculation Period, the product of (a) the greater of (i) the Required Reserve Factor Floor and (ii) the sum of the Loss Reserve, the Interest Reserve, the Dilution Reserve and the Servicing Reserve, times (b) the Net Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date immediately preceding such Calculation Period.

  • Required Reserves at any time means the sum of (a) the Yield Reserve, plus (b) the Servicing Fee Reserve, plus (c) the Net Pool Balance multiplied by the greater of (i) the sum of the Loss Reserve Ratio and the Dilution Reserve Ratio and (ii) the Minimum Reserve Ratio, each as in effect at such time.
