Series P Units definition

Series P Units means Series P currency hedged mutual fund units of Purpose Strategic Yield Fund and/or Purpose Multi-Asset Income Fund, as applicable.
Series P Units means series P units of the Fund.

Related to Series P Units

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.
