Series N Preferred Stock definition

Series N Preferred Stock means the Corporation's Series N Senior Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, and stock of any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed.
Series N Preferred Stock means the shares of the Company’s Series N Perpetual Non-cumulative Fixed-to-Floating Rate Preferred Stock reserved for issuance.
Series N Preferred Stock means the Adjustable Rate Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series N, stated value $100 per share (par value $1 per share), of the Corporation.

  • The holders of the Series N Preferred Stock shall not be entitled to vote on any matter that affects the rights or interests of only one or more series of Preferred Stock other than the Series N Preferred Stock.
