Rate Reset definition

Rate Reset means the interest rate credited under the contract will be determined on a periodic basis throughout its lifetime rather than for the entire term of the contract.
Rate Reset. At the end of the 5th year the rate will be reset for the remaining loan term as provided for in the existing loan documents.

  • If the Interest Rate Reset Basis specified above is the Commercial Paper Rate, the interest rate with respect to this Note will be the Commercial Paper Rate plus or minus the Spread, if any, or multiplied by the Spread Multiplier, if any, as specified above.

  • As soon as practical following a Rate Reset Trigger, Gatherer shall provide written notice to Shipper of such Rate Reset Trigger.

Related to Rate Reset

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage means as of any day the maximum percentage in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities”).

  • Rate Period or "n(t-1,t)" means, in respect of a Relevant Business Day, (i) the number of calendar days from (and including) the Relevant Business Day immediately preceding such Relevant Business Day to (but excluding) such Relevant Business Day, divided by (ii) 360;

  • Rate Floor The minimum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note.
