Series 2020 Note definition

Series 2020 Note means that certain Series 2020A Note dated as of the closing date for Series 2020 Bonds issued by the Obligated Debtors to the Issuer as security for the Series 2020 Bonds.

Series 2020 Note means the Closed End Line of Credit Promissory Note, Series 2020, dated September 10, 2020, from the Issuer to the Bond Issuer, and assigned to the trustee of the 2020 Bonds, issued to secure the Issuer’s obligations under the 2020 Bond Financing Agreement, and any other promissory note delivered in connection with additional bonds.

Series 2020 Note or “Series 2020 Notes” means any or all of the $ County Square Redevelopment Corporation Installment Purchase Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2020, authorized by and secured under this Trust Agreement.

• The Issuer hereby covenants that it will make no investment or other use of the proceeds of the Series 2020 Note which would cause such Series 2020 Note to be "arbitrage bonds" as that term is defined in Section 148 of the Code and regulations promulgated thereunder.

• Whenever the Series 2020 Note shall be delivered to the Registrar for cancellation, upon payment of the principal amount thereof, or for replacement, transfer or exchange, such Series 2020 Note shall be cancelled and, upon request of the Issuer, destroyed by the Registrar.

• The transfer and exchange of the Series 2020 Note shall be registered in the registration books of the Issuer.

More Definitions of Series 2020 Note

Series 2020 Note means the $1,500,000 Santa Rosa County, Florida Bernath Place Subdivision Improvements Municipal Service Benefit Unit Revenue Note, Series 2020 authorized by Section 6 hereof.

Series 2020 Note means the Series 2020 Note of the Borrower in the aggregate principal amount of [$3,400,000] in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A which will be issued and delivered by the Borrower to the Issuer to evidence the loan of the proceeds of the Series 2020 Bonds and any Note issued in exchange therefor pursuant to Section 3.8 hereof.

Series 2020 Note means the note authorized to be issued under Section 3.1(a)

Series 2020 Note means the Closed End Line of Credit Promissory Note, Series 2020, dated the Closing Date, from the Company to the Bond Issuer, and assigned to the Trustee, issued to secure the Company’s obligations under the Bond Financing Agreement, and any other promissory note delivered in connection with Additional Bonds.

Series 2020 Note means the not to exceed $1,825,000 Santa Rosa County, Florida Capital Improvement Revenue Note, Series 2020 (Benny Russell Project) authorized by Section6 hereof.

Series 2020 Note shall have the meaning assigned in the Financing and Loan Agreement.

Series 2020 Note means the Tax-Exempt Junior Lien Revenue Note (AMT), Series 2020 issued under and pursuant to this Junior Note Indenture.
