Series 2000 Certificate definition

Series 2000 Certificate is defined in the Series 2000 Supplement.
Series 2000 Certificate means any investor certificate in the Master Trust created by this Series Supplement.
Series 2000 Certificate means the Series 2000 Certificate, issued pursuant to the Prior Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Prior Series 2000 Supplement, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • This Series 2000 Certificate is issued under and is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement and the Series Supplement, to which Agreement and Series Supplement, each as amended and supplemented from time to time, the Series 2000 Certificateholder by virtue of the acceptance hereof assents and is bound.

  • Final payment of this Series 2000 Certificate will be made only upon presentation and surrender of this Series 2000 Certificate at the office or agency specified in the notice of final distribution delivered by the Trustee to the Series 2000 Certificateholders in accordance with the Agreement and the Series Supplement.
