Class D Certificateholder definition

Class D Certificateholder. Has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(b)(iv) of this Trust Supplement.
Class D Certificateholder. Means the holder of a Class D Certificate.
Class D Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Class D Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register.
