Seoul Metropolitan Area definition

Seoul Metropolitan Area means the Seoul Metropolitan City, the Incheon Metropolitan City, and the Gyeonggyi Province.
Seoul Metropolitan Area means Seoul Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City, and Gyeonggido.
