Except as would not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, no current or former employee, contractor or consultant of Parent or its Subsidiaries or their Affiliates has any right, title or interest in or to any Frontier Miles Intellectual Property or any Brand Intellectual Property.
No material portion of the Frontier Miles Customer Data, and no such material Trade Secrets have been disclosed by Parent or its Subsidiaries to any Person other than (i) pursuant to a written agreement restricting the disclosure and use thereof or (ii) Frontier Miles Customer Data disclosed to members in the ordinary course of operating the Frontier Miles Program or the Discount Den Program.
