Senior Term Debt definition

Senior Term Debt means term loans under the Credit Agreement and/or any successor facility or facilities.
Senior Term Debt means all Indebtedness represented by the 1998 Fixed Rate Senior Notes, the 2000 Senior Fixed Rate Notes and any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness in respect thereof and (without duplication) all premiums, expenses, fees, reimbursements, indemnities and other amounts owing by the Company in respect of such 1998 Fixed Rate Senior Notes, the 2000 Senior Fixed Rate Notes and Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness. A distribution may consist of cash, securities or other property, by set-off or otherwise.
Senior Term Debt means Indebtedness outstanding under Facility B (as defined in the Senior Facilities Agreement) and/or under any Incremental Term Facility (as defined in the Senior Facilities Agreement).
