Examples of Unsecured Shorter-Term Indebtedness in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the 2019 Notes shall continue to be deemed Unsecured Longer-Term Indebtedness in all respects despite the fact that the maturity date of the 2019 Notes is prior to the Maturity Date so long as the 2019 Notes continue to comply with all other requirements of this definition; provided that, from and after the date that is 9 months prior to the scheduled maturity of such 2019 Notes, the 2019 Notes shall be reclassified as Unsecured Shorter-Term Indebtedness.
