Seller Parts definition

Seller Parts means Seller’s proprietary parts bearing a part number of the Seller or for which the Seller has the exclusive sales rights.
Seller Parts. (corresponding to Seller’s proprietary Material bearing a part number of the Seller or Material for which the Seller has the exclusive sales rights);
Seller Parts means any systems, accessories, parts or Aircraft Software with respect to which Seller has exclusive sales rights, and which are specified in the initial provisioning documentation provided by Seller to Customer in accordance with Article 4.2 of Part 4 of Exhibit B.

  • The Seller may equally at its option furnish a credit to the Buyer for the future purchase of Seller Parts equal to the price at which the Buyer is then entitled to acquire a replacement for the defective Seller Parts.
