Aircraft Software definition

Aircraft Software means software that is installed and used in the operation of an Aircraft.
Aircraft Software has the meaning set forth in Part 1 of the Product Assurance Document.
Aircraft Software means software intended to fly with and be utilized in the operation of an Aircraft, but excludes software furnished by Customer. Materials means any and all items that are created by Boeing or a Third Party, are provided directly or indirectly to Contractor from Boeing or from Customer, and serve primarily to contain, convey or embody information. Materials may include either tangible forms (for example, documents or drawings) or intangible embodiments (for example, software and other electronic forms) of information, but excludes Aircraft Software and software furnished by Customer. Appendix VII SAMPLE Contractor Confidentiality Agreement Proprietary Information means any and all proprietary, confidential and/or trade secret information owned by Boeing or a Third Party which is contained, conveyed or embodied in Materials.
