Seller Mortgage definition

Seller Mortgage means any mortgage or deed of trust granted or assumed by Seller and encumbering the Property or any portion thereof.
Seller Mortgage means any mortgage or deed of trust granted or assumed by Seller and encumbering the Real Property or any portion thereof or any other lien securing the payment of a liquidated sum of money voluntarily created by Seller, but shall not include any mortgage that Purchaser elects to assume at the Closing.
