Seller Defined Benefit Plans definition

Seller Defined Benefit Plans has the meaning given in Section 12.03(g) below.
Seller Defined Benefit Plans means the Anchor Glass Container Corporation Service Retirement Plan, the Pension Plan for Hourly Employees of Xxxxxxxxx Glass Company and Associated Companies, the Anchor Glass Container Corporation Retirement Plan for Salaried Employees, and the Retirement Plan for Salaried Employees of Xxxxxxxxx Glass Company and Associated Companies.
Seller Defined Benefit Plans has the meaning given in Section 2.8(h).

Examples of Seller Defined Benefit Plans in a sentence

  • Service of the Transferred U.S. Employees recognized under the Seller Defined Benefit Plans as of the date such individuals become Transferred U.S. Employees shall be credited to the Transferred U.S. Employees as eligibility and vesting service (but not as credited service) under any defined benefit pension programs contributed to or maintained by Buyer and its Affiliates for which a Transferred U.S. Employee may be eligible.

  • Xxxxxxx Polymer shall fully vest (or shall cause its Affiliates to fully vest) all Transferred U.S. Employees in their accrued benefits under the Seller Defined Benefit Plans as of the date such individuals become Transferred U.S. Employees.
