Segregated Portfolios means the General Account Portfolios, the [REDACTED] and the Separate Accounts.

  • Notwithstanding Clause 12.01 of this Instrument, the ICAV may establish one or more Segregated Portfolios with limited or no redemption rights subject to any conditions set down by the Central Bank and as may be disclosed in the relevant Supplement describing such Segregated Portfolios.

  • On a liquidation of the Company, the general assets of the Company, being the assets of the Company which are not assets of the Segregated Portfolios, shall be available for distribution to the holders of the Ordinary Shares pro rata according to the number of Ordinary Shares held by them.
