Segregated Investment Fund definition

Segregated Investment Fund means a Fund established under Article XI, in which the assets of each Participant selecting the Fund shall be separately invested, and for which the earnings attributable to such assets shall be separately accounted.
Segregated Investment Fund means an investment vehicle in which the Individual Account of only one Participant is affected by the investment performance.
