Segment Return Amount definition

Segment Return Amount means an amount equal to the Segment Rate of Return multiplied by your Segment Investment on the Segment Maturity Date. The Segment Return Amount is added to, or subtracted from, the Segment Investment to determine your Segment Maturity Value as described in section 2.05.

Such amount shall be determined separately for each Loan Group. Additionally, with respect to any Mortgage Pool that is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, if on any Distribution Date Compensating Interest provided pursuant to this Section 3.16(e) is less than Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in connection with Principal Prepayments in Full and Curtailments made in the prior calendar month, such Compensating Interest shall be allocated on such Distribution Date to the Available Distribution Amount for each Loan Group on a pro rata basis in accordance with the respective amounts of such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group in respect of such Distribution Date.

  • REMIC I Available Distribution Amount For each Loan Group for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group:

  • Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.
