Secured Indenture definition

Secured Indenture means the Indenture dated as of 29 November 2013 for USD 650,000,000 issued by the Borrower and Navios Maritime Finance II (US) Inc. for 7.375% First Priority Ship Mortgage Notes due in 2022;
Secured Indenture means that certain Indenture dated as of May 19, 2020 among the Borrower, certain subsidiaries of the Borrower, and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee and security agent, as in effect on the First Waiver Extension Date.
Secured Indenture means this Secured Indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of an Event of Default specified in clause (i) or (j) of Section 6.01 of this Secured Indenture with respect to the Company or any Guarantor, all outstanding Secured Notes shall become and be immediately due and payable without further action or notice.
