Section 1.1 Consultants definition

Section 1.1 Consultants means those Persons identified on Section 1.1 of the Company Disclosure Letter (by name and location) located outside of the United States who accept and do not rescind, prior to the Effective Time, offers of employment from Parent, conditioned upon the occurrence of the Closing.
