Secondary Developer definition

Secondary Developer means any and all successors in title or lessees of Owner, including Developer, who (a) undertake Development of any portion of the Property; (b) are transferred in writing from Owner or Developer title to all or a portion of the Property; and (c) are assigned all or a portion of the Development Rights.
Secondary Developer means any Owner of a Lot (or the contract purchaser of such Lot from the current Owner) who undertakes the development and construction of an element of Vertical Development. For avoidance of any doubt, Developer, or any Person affiliated with Developer, may be a Secondary Developer.

  • Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.

  • Secondary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school including a public secondary charter school that provides secondary education for grades 9-12.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Soil scientist means an individual duly qualified in accordance with standards set by the Federal Office of Personnel Management.

  • Affordable development means a housing development all or a portion of which consists of restricted units.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
