Second Priority Trustee definition

Second Priority Trustee means the trustee under the Second Priority Indenture.

Second Priority Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, acting in its capacity as trustee for its benefit and for the benefit of the Holders of Second Priority Notes under the Second Priority Indenture and the Collateral Documents, together with its successors in such capacity.
