Second Priority Notes definition

Second Priority Notes means, collectively, the Second Priority Dollar Notes and the Second Priority Euro Notes.
Second Priority Notes means the Issuers’ 11% Senior Secured Notes due 2015, issued pursuant to the Second Priority Indenture.
