Second Lien Agent definition

Second Lien Agent means has the meaning assigned to the term “Administrative Agent” in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Agent means the Original Second Lien Agent, and, from and after the date of execution and delivery of a Second Lien Substitute Facility, the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or other holders of the indebtedness and other obligations evidence thereunder or governed thereby, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity.

Second Lien Agent has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Second Lien Agent means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent for the lenders under the Second Lien Credit Agreement, together with any successor agent.
