Second Priority Secured Parties definition

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Second Priority Representative, the Second Priority Creditors and any other holders of the Second Priority Obligations.

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Indenture Secured Parties and all other Persons holding any Second-Priority Claims, including the collateral agent for any Future Second-Lien Indebtedness.

Second Priority Secured Parties means (a) the Initial Second-Priority Secured Parties and (b) the Other Second-Priority Secured Parties, including the Second-Priority Representatives.

• If one or more of the Second Priority Secured Parties exercise such purchase right, the documentation relating thereto shall be mutually acceptable to each of the Senior Priority Representatives and the applicable Second Priority Representative(s) named as a Representative for such exercising Second Priority Secured Parties.

• This Agreement shall be binding upon the Senior Priority Representatives, the Senior Priority Secured Parties, the Second Priority Representatives, the Second Priority Secured Parties, the Issuer and their respective permitted successors and assigns.

• The Senior Priority Representatives, the Senior Priority Secured Parties, the Second Priority Representatives and the Second Priority Secured Parties shall have no duty to advise any other party hereunder of information known to it or them regarding such condition or any such circumstances or otherwise.

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Initial Second Priority Secured Parties and the Other Second Priority Secured Parties.

Second Priority Secured Parties means the “Secured Parties” as defined in the Second Lien Collateral Trust Agreement.
