Schedule of Forms definition

Schedule of Forms means the amended and restated Schedule of Forms dated 29 May 2020 and signed by or on behalf of the Issuers, the Guarantor, the Agent, the Paying Agent and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited as Arranger setting out the forms of Conditions, Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Swiss Global Note, Definitive Bearer Note, Coupon, Talon and Swiss Definitive Note, as amended or superseded in accordance with the Agency Agreement;

Schedule of Forms means the schedule listing the forms to be used by Requesters to access

Schedule of Forms means the Schedule of Forms dated 13 October 2006 signed by or on behalf of the Issuers, the Guarantor, the Trustee, the Agent, the Paying Agents, the Registrar, the Transfer Agents and the Dealers named therein setting out the forms of Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note in bearer form, Coupon, Talon, Receipt, Definitive Note in registered form and the Conditions, in each case as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions of these presents or as the same may be amended and/or restated from time to time;

• References herein to the Conditions shall be to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes as set out in Part VII of the Schedule of Forms dated 23 February 2024 relating to the Issuer’s Debt Issuance Programme (the “Schedule of Forms” which term includes any supplement thereto, or any amendment and/or restatement thereof) as supplemented by the Final Terms relating to the Notes, a copy of which is annexed hereto (the “Conditions”).

• With issues of Notes the terms and conditions of which are not specifically contemplated in the Schedule of Forms more time may be required to settle documentation.

• A copy of the policies declarations pages, showing the Insuring Company, policy effective dates, limits of liability and the Schedule of Forms and Endorsements.

• For Data Breach and Privacy/Cyber Liability, Technology Errors and Omissions, and certain Crime Insurance coverages (those containing Cyber theft coverage), Contractor shall provide a Schedule of Forms and Endorsements and, upon request, all Forms and Endorsements, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by OGS.
