Sanofi Agreement definition

Sanofi Agreement means an agreement titled "Proof of Concept, Exclusive License Option & Technology Transfer Agreement" entered into between Sanofi Xxxxxxx X.X., XxXxx BIO, Inc., and Dyadic Nederland B.V., dated March 30, 2011, as amended.
