San Juan Property definition

San Juan Property means the mineral and surface rights described in Section 1.11 of the UG-CSA, as amended, any renewals, replacements or extensions of the agreements described therein and all property described in the SMCRA permits issued to the Company, whether or not excepted or carved out of the description in Exhibit “E” to the UG-CSA.
