Sales Tax Grants definition

Sales Tax Grants means economic development grants each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Sales Tax Receipts received by the City for the applicable Grant Period not to exceed the Maximum Annual Sales Tax Grant Amount, to be paid annually to the Company as set forth herein. The amount of each Sales Tax Grant shall be computed by multiplying the Sales Tax Receipts received by the City by the stated percentage for the given Grant Period less the administrative fee charged to the City by the State of Texas, not to exceed the Maximum Sales Tax Grant Amount.

  • Transaction Payroll Taxes means all employer portion payroll or employment Taxes incurred in connection with any bonuses, option cash-outs or other compensatory payments in connection with the Transactions.

  • Taxes means all present or future taxes, levies, imposts, duties, deductions, withholdings (including backup withholding), assessments, fees or other charges imposed by any Governmental Authority, including any interest, additions to tax or penalties applicable thereto.
