Safety Filings and Records definition

Safety Filings and Records means all notices, reports, records, plans, applications, forms, logs, programs, manuals or other filings or documents relating or pertaining to compliance with Safety Laws, including employee safety in the workplace, employee injuries or fatalities, employee training, or the protection of employees from exposure to Regulated Substances which pursuant to Safety Laws or at the direction or order of any Governmental Authority, the Loan Parties or any Subsidiaries of any Loan Party either must submit to a Governmental Authority or otherwise must maintain in their records.
Safety Filings and Records means all notices, reports, records, plans, applications, forms, logs, programs, manuals or other filings or documents relating or pertaining to compliance with Safety Laws, including, but not limited to, employee safety in the workplace, employee injuries or fatalities, employee training, or the protection of employees from exposure to Regulated Substances which pursuant to Safety Laws or at the direction or order of any Official Body the Loan Parties or any Subsidiaries of any Loan either must be submit to an Official Body or otherwise must maintain in their records. Sale-Leaseback shall have the meaning set forth at Section 7.02(p). SEC shall mean the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental agencies substituted therefor.

Related to Safety Filings and Records

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Regulatory Filings means any submission to a Regulatory Authority of any appropriate regulatory application together with any related correspondence and documentation, and will include any submission to a regulatory advisory board, marketing authorization application, and any supplement or amendment thereto.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • health and safety file means a file, or other record containing the information in writing required by these Regulations "health and safety plan" means a site, activity or project specific documented plan in accordance with the client's health and safety specification;

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.

  • Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.

  • Company Filings means all documents publicly filed by or on behalf of the Company on SEDAR since January 1, 2020.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Regulatory Filing means any filing with any Governmental Authority with respect to the research, development, manufacture, distribution, pricing, reimbursement, marketing or sale of a Product.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Safety Data Sheet means a safety data sheet within the meaning of regulation 5 of the CHIP Regulations;

  • Regulatory Materials means, with respect to a Licensed Product for any particular indication in any particular jurisdiction, regulatory applications and submissions (and any supplements or amendments thereto), and any notifications, communications, correspondence, registrations, drug master files, Regulatory Approvals and/or other filings made to, received from or otherwise conducted with a Regulatory Authority, including BLAs and INDs, as applicable, that relate to such Licensed Product in such jurisdiction. Regulatory Materials also include presentations, responses, and applications for Regulatory Approvals.

  • Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images. Study Data: all records and reports, other than Medical Records, collected or created pursuant to or prepared in connection with the Study including, without limitation, reports (e.g., CRFs, data summaries, interim reports and the final report) required to be delivered to Sponsor pursuant to the Protocol and all records regarding inventories and dispositions of all Investigational Product. Studijní data a údaje: veškeré záznamy, zprávy a protokoly, jež jsou odlišné od Zdravotních záznamů, a které jsou získány, shromážděny či vytvořeny v návaznosti na či připraveny v souvislosti se Studií, zejména zprávy, záznamy a protokoly (např., CRFs, datové přehledy, mezitímní zprávy a protokoly, a závěrečná zpráva), které jsou požadovány, aby byly poskytnuty Zadavateli v souladu s Protokolem a veškerými záznamy ohledně inventurní evidence a nakládání s veškerým množstvím Hodnoceného léčiva.

  • Environmental Information means any information in written, visual, aural, electronic or any other material form on:

  • Financial Records means any document or summary of information contained in a document, including electronic documents, that contains information about the financial activities or position of a person including, but not limited to, information about the assets, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow, earnings, revenue, expenditures, income, investments, losses, liabilities, payroll, profits, retained earnings, or taxes.

  • Environmental Information Regulations or EIRs means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such regulations;

  • Safety zone means the area officially set apart within a roadway for the exclusive use of

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.

  • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;

  • environmental statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;

  • Studies means activities needed to prepare project implementation, such as preparatory, mapping, feasibility, evaluation, testing and validation studies, including in the form of software, and any other technical support measure, including prior action to define and develop a project and decide on its financing, such as reconnaissance of the sites concerned and preparation of the financial package;

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.
