RUt-1 definition

RUt-1 means, in respect of an ACT Day, RUt for the ACT Day immediately preceding such day.

  • LODR means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

  • KIID means key investor information document;

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.

  • STU means the Board or the Government company notified by the respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act;

  • Poppy straw means all parts, except the seeds, of the opium poppy, after mowing.

  • Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.

  • Basecoat means a coat of colored material, usually opaque, that is applied before graining inks, glazing coats, or other opaque finishing materials and is usually topcoated for protection.
