RSU Certificate definition

RSU Certificate means the certificate, in substantially the form set out as Schedule “A” hereto, evidencing the RSU.
RSU Certificate means the certificate delivered to the RSU Holder by the Company evidencing the grant of an RSU in accordance with paragraph 2.5; "RSU Holder" shall mean a person holding an RSU or, where the context requires or permits, his legal personal representatives; and
RSU Certificate shall have the meaning given to it in Section 6.2.
