RSA Approval Order definition

RSA Approval Order means the order, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to each of the Debtors, the Shareholder Proponents, and the Requisite Consenting Noteholders, approving this Agreement and the Partiesentry into this Agreement, which shall be entered by the Bankruptcy Court no later than the RSA Deadline.
