Examples of ROFO Election Period in a sentence

  • If any ROFO Offeree makes a ROFO Offer within the ROFO Election Period and the Transferring Holder does not accept the ROFO Offer, the Transferring Holder may only Transfer the ROFO Securities specified in the ROFO Notice at any time within the four (4) week period described in Section 6.2(c) (which period shall not increase because of an extended acceptance period for the ROFO Offer) at a price that is not less than the purchase price specified in the ROFO Offer.

Related to ROFO Election Period

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Post-Termination Period means the twelve (12) month period beginning on the Termination Date.
