Rigid Glass Substrate definition

Rigid Glass Substrate means a silicate-containing inorganic material of sufficient thickness to support an OLED, which material fractures or substantially and irreversibly deforms upon being bent to a radius of curvature of 50 cm or less, and which material expressly excludes, without limitation, plastic or metal foil.
