Right of Acceptance definition

Right of Acceptance. Junebug’s has the right to accept or not accept any item for consignment. Clothing must be brought in laying flat in bins and in FRESH ready to sell condition! We will not accept items in bags, nor items with odors including smoke or pet, nor items that are wrinkled. Our acceptance is based on what sells and how neatly it is presented. We will not take in clothes older than 1 1/2 years or that have been stored. Our consignment period is 60 days. Toys/Home décor/Furniture items must be clean and in good condition. All toys must have all pieces and batteries. Items for consignment are taken on Wednesdays from 11:00-2:30pm or by appointment if arrangements are needed on a different day. There is a 25 apparel item limit per drop off. Any item not accepted for consignment shall be taken back by the consignor on the same day or such items will be donated to charity. Items that are discovered to be damaged or flawed after the initial inspection/acceptance will be sold at a discount or donated to charity. Please note we do not contact the consignor if this occurs.
