Revenue Percentage definition

Revenue Percentage means 10%. All Lenders in the offering who invest the same amount will receive the same Revenue Percentage based on the amount of their Loans.
Revenue Percentage means, at any date of determination, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the Consolidated service revenues of the Guarantors and their respective Consolidated Subsidiaries for the 12-month period ending on such date, to (b) the Consolidated service revenues of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such 12-month period.

Revenue Percentage means an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to (i) the sum of (a) Revenue during the applicable Earnout Period minus (b) the Revenue Floor, divided by (ii) the sum of (a) the Revenue Target minus (b) the Revenue Floor.
