Revenue Target definition

Revenue Target means $ million to be achieved on a cumulative basis within the Measurement Period.
Revenue Target means the Initial Revenue Target, Year-Two Revenue Target, and/or Year-Three Revenue Target, as applicable.
Revenue Target for the year ended shall mean the estimated gross revenues of the Company for the applicable year as shown in the pro forma financial chart presented to the Board of Directors of Employer at the December 6, 2000 meeting of the Board of Directors of Employer. Revenue Target means the amount of actual gross revenues, indicated on Schedule A hereto, to be derived by the Company from sales of its products and services to customers generated by the Agent.
