Revenue Target definition

Revenue Target means $ million to be achieved on a cumulative basis within the Measurement Period.
Revenue Target for the year ended shall mean the estimated gross revenues of the Company for the applicable year as shown in the pro forma financial chart presented to the Board of Directors of Employer at the December 6, 2000 meeting of the Board of Directors of Employer. A copy of such pro forma financial chart is being contemporaneously provided to Employee.
Revenue Target means the amount of actual gross revenues, indicated on Schedule A hereto, to be derived by the Company from sales of its products and services to customers generated by the Agent.

Examples of Revenue Target in a sentence

  • The Weighted Portion for the Revenue Target shall constitute twenty-five percent (25%), and the Weighted Portion for the EBITDA Target shall constitute seventy-five percent (75%).

  • The amount of such bonus compensation is based on the extent to which the Company's planned earnings established by the Board for the corresponding period (the "Plan EPS") and the Company's revenue target ("Revenue Target"), or such other targets as shall be set by the Board, have been achieved.
